program aims to broaden U.S. students' perspectives by promoting cultural awareness and encouraging service to their communities and beyond. Students can communicate with currently serving Peace Corps volunteers; teachers can find Peace Corps volunteer speakers; and program materials are offered to teachers free -- including books, videos, slide shows, podcasts, standards-based lessons, and e-newsletters.
