Environmental Explorers' Club
is a place where kids can learn about the environment and the Environmental Protection Agency. It features plants and animals, air, water, people and the environment, recycling, and a clubhouse area containing art, a game room, a science room, and a trophy room listing the winners of the President's Environmental Youth Award. Interesting Fact:
Weather is the specific condition of the atmosphere at a particular place and time. Climate is the average of weather over time and space. A simple way of remembering the difference is that climate is what you expect (e.g., cold winters) and weather is what you get (e.g., a blizzard).
